Marianna Ramírez

Started specializing in wine after a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Puebla’s Universidad de las Américas and an internship at Grupo Rosewood’s exclusive Las Ventanas al Paraíso Resort. She expanded her studies at the Universidad de Turismo y Ciencias Administrativas (UTCA), and then received her diploma from the Mexican Sommeliers’ Association (AMS). During that time, she worked as a sommelier at Chef Michaels Mina’s Nemi, in Mexico City; national co-champion sommelier Marcos Flores oversaw her professional training. She is an active member of the AMS. Eager to share her passion for wine, and enhance the Enrique Olvera experience, she joined the team in May 2009.
